The Adult film racket is opening up several things regarding Raj Kundra. After the denial of interim relief to the businessman, the court then said it would be making a judgment on the challenges he made on the police on 29th July 2021.
Model and actress Sherlyn Chopra accused the businessman of sexual misconduct. Chopra had come to the Property Cell and made her recordings regarding her connections with the pornographic films. She also stated that she had filed a complaint against Kundra in the April of 2021 and he was charged under section 376 of Indian Penal Code r/w section 384, 415, 420, 504 and 506, 354 (a) (b) (d), 509, of Indian Penal Code, 67, 67 (A), of Information Technology Act 2008, sec 3 & 4 of Indecent Representation of Women Act 1986.
Sherlyn Chopra said that Raj Kundra tried kissing him but she kept resisting because she didn’t want to get involved with a married man. But to this Raj Kundra told her that his marriage with wife Shilpa Shetty was complicated and that he was stressed at home most of the times.
Sherlyn then said that, she asked him to stop as she was scared. After a while, she managed to push him and rushed into the washroom.
