New updates on the Raj Kundra pornography case. There’s a chance that Mumbai Crime Branch might call Shilpa for another interrogation session.
According to news reports, Shilpa might be called for another interrogation session by the investigating agency. Following Raj Kundra’s arrest, Shilpa was also under a high scanner. On Friday, the actress was interrogated regarding her husband’s involvement in the case. Shilpa claimed that she was “unaware” of the exact nature of the content distributed on Hotshots.
Further, she said that her husband was innocent and the content uploaded on the app wasn’t porn but erotica.
Other than that, Mumbai Police raided Shilpa Shetty’s Juhu residence and the office of Viaan Industries in Andheri (West). Police claim to have seized up to 20 TB of porn film data. But the crime branch said that approximately 1 TB of data had been deleted after Raj Kundra’s arrest. Investigators will go through CCTV of the office to figure out who deleted the data.

As of now, the crime branch is planning to clone Shilpa’s phone to get a better idea of her role in the entire scandal. Raj Kundra is currently under judicial custody till July 27. Meanwhile, the cases against Raj Kundra are registered under the sections of the Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act, and Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) A.
