Actor Akshay Kumar donates Rs. 1 crore to a dilapidated school in Kashmir, BSF shares news about the laying of the foundation stone

Actress Akshay Kumar has always extended his help to the needy, either by making movies and spreading awareness or else by donating money for a wonderful cause. On June 17, Akshay spent the entire day with Border Security Forces (BSF).

 

During the visit, he noticed a school in a very shabby condition. Today, Akshay attended the virtual ceremony of laying the foundation of the school in Kashmir, for which he donated Rs. 1 crore.

The BSF has now taken to Twitter to share the news that a foundation stone has been laid for it. The school has been named after the actor Akshay Kumar’s father, the late Hari Om Bhatia.
