Ajay Devgn with a heavy heart wrote to his late father on the occasion of Guru Purnima

On the auspicious day of Guru Purnima celebrities are seen wishing there gurus a happy one. Starting from Ayushman Khurana wishing Kishore Kumar, to Amitabh Bachchan and Randeep Hooda to Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Raveena Tandon, the stars shared photos of people who guided them through their lives and sought their blessings.

Ajay Devgn on this day wishes his late father Veeru Devgn for teaching him his life lessons and making him what he is today. The Golmaal actor tweeted,  “Saluting my father (Veeru Devgn), my Guru, on this auspicious day. I was fortunate to get my life and career lessons from him. A valued gift that I carry with me like a badge of honour.”

Veeru Devgn was an amazing director and has choreographed many action sequences in more than 75 plus movies. On the director’s 1st death anniversary, son Ajay Devgn wrote, “Dear Dad, it’s a year since you left. However, I can feel you beside me—quiet, caring, protective; your presence is forever reassuring.”

Ajay Devgn credits his father on giving him the best of what he could. Because the stunt director taught him major things before he entered the showbiz of Bollywood.
