Raj Kundra has been in the news ever since his arrest regarding his involvement in creating and distributing adult films. As part of the move, Kundra is currently at Bombay High Court to challenge police custody and to plea his bail.
Now a new revelation has surfaced. A trader from Ahmedabad has filed a fresh complaint with Mumbai Crime Branch against Raj Kundra’s company. The complaint states that the trader, Hiren Parmar, was deceived of Rs 3 lakh by Raj Kundra’s firm Viaan Industries under the pretext of making him a distributor for an online cricket skill-based game called “Game for Dot.”
Pramar also claims that while the company didn’t keep its promise, it also stopped responding to him after he demanded them to return his money.
Hiren Pramar also said that Raj Kundra’s company had duped many. Further, he said that he filed a complaint with Gujarat Cyber Department in 2019, but the action was taken. He decided to file another complaint with the Mumbai Crime Branch after seeing the arrest of Raj Kundra because of his alleged connection to a pornographic racket.
Meanwhile, Kundra has been booked under sections 420 (cheating) 34 (common intention), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertising and displays) of the IPC and relevant sections of the IT act and indecent representation of the Women (prohibition) Act.
