While Raj Kundra is on the spotlight for being alleged in the porn case, on the other hand his sister in law Shamita Shetty makes grand entry to Bigg Boss OTT paired with Rakesh Baqat.
Actress Shamita Shetty gave a surprise visit in the show. Bigg boss OTT was launched with 13 contestants on Sunday. Reportedly, Shamita also participated in Bigg Boss season 3 that was held in 2009.
Shamita’s brother in law Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 by Mumbai Police, in connection with an adult film racket and is suspected the main head of the crime. Shilpa Shetty Kundra also decided to stay away from the dance reality show where she has been seen to judge participants along with Anurag Basu and Geeta Kapoor.
Karan Johar is seen hosting the Bigg Boss show and Shamita Shetty was announced as the first female contestant of the show. She says to Karan Johar, “Accha ho ya bura, jab hum saans lena nahi chote toh kaam karna kyun chodein? I got the offer for Bigg Boss long back and I had committed to it back then. Then so much of it happened. I definitely thought that this would not be the right time to inside the house. But once I have committed, I don’t even listen to myself.”
Meanwhile, Shamita Shetty’s brother in law Raj Kundra is still in Jail as court rejects plea seeking his immediate release from judicial custody in a porn film case.
