Raj Kundra was arrested on Monday by Mumbai Police because of his alleged involvement in a pornographic racket. Since then, Shilpa has maintained a strong silence on all her social media platforms. On a late Thursday night, Shilpa made her first story, post her husband’s arrest. She took it to her Instagram to share a moving post about challenges. The actress posted a photo of a book, which appears to be a page out of James Thurber’s books. The photo read out the following quotes “Do not look back in anger or forward in fear, but around in awareness”.
Shilpa also highlighted the portion of the quote that said: ” The place we need to be is right here, right now – not looking anxiously at what has been or what might be, but fully aware of what is”. The post further talked more about dealing with challenges reading: “I take a deep breath, knowing that I’m lucky to be alive. I have survived challenges in the past and I will survive challenges in the future. Nothing needs to distract me from living my life today.”
The actress shared her emotions via this story. Shilpa as of yet has not made any statements regarding her husband’s arrest. Raj Kundra is currently under judicial custody, along with his close friend Ryan Thorpe. Kundra has been booked under sections 420, 34, 292, and 293, other than that he was also booked under the IT Act and Indecent Representation of Women Act.
