The media portal also stated that it has received  a document signed by the NCB Deputy Director General Sanjay Kumar Singh that stated, “All accused persons were found in possession of Narcotics except Aryan and Mohak.”

Yes, you read that right. When Arbaz Merchant’s lawyer Tara Sayyed was reached out to, she confirmed the news and was also quoted as saying, ” “Arbaaz has not got a clean chit, only Aryan has been given a clean chit. As far as Arbaaz is concerned they have charged him for small quantities.” For the uninitiated, Arbaaz Merchant is Aryan Khan’s close friend and is a co-accused in the case.

Arbaaz Merchant’s father Aslam Merchant who is also a lawyer has refrained from commenting on the news. It was at a cruise ship terminal in Mumbai that Aryan Khan and Arbaaz MErchant were apprehended by the NCB officials after small quantities of nacotic substances were found n Arbaz’s possession. It was in 2021 October that Aryan and Arbaaz were taken into the NCB custody and were later released on bail 25 days later on 28th October, 2021.

And the latest is Aryan Khan’s bail hearing won’t happen anytime soon. It has now been shifted to Wednesday 11:00 AM.

The Narcotics Control Bureau raided a cruise that was travelling from Bombay to Goa because of a secret information that they received about drugs being an integral part of the party in the cruise. Aryan Khan was taken into custody along with a few of his friends. Mummun Dhamecha, Arbaz Merchantt and a few others were found guilty of carrying drugs. However, it was clear that Aryan Khan was not in possession of drugs.

In the last two weeks, there were many Bollywood celebrities who showed support for Aryan through social media. Hrithik Roshan, Sussane Khan, Farah Khan so on and so forth were quite vocal in their condemnation of the NCB. However, point to be noted here is neither Aryan Khan’s father and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and nor his mother Gauri Khan have made any statement or any appearance in the public.

Advocate Satish Maneshinde is representing Aryan Khan. He is the same lawyer who fought for Rhea Chakraborty against the NCB. Shah Rukh Khan was to shoot for Pathan with Deepika Padukone in Spain but for bow, if reports are to be believed, the shoot has been postponed.
