A senior IPS officer told TOI, “There is no official complaint of extortion. However, so far no one has come forward for recirding the statement.”

However, the star kid was apprehended by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 and got released from the Arthur Road prison on October 30.

Moreover, one of the witnesses named Kiran Gosavi, who was arrested by Pune police in October in connection with a cheating case in Pune. His bodyguard, Prabhakar Sail, had submitted a complaint before the MRA Marg police station, alleging that he had overheard Gosavi talking to one Sam D’souza about money being demanded in Aryan’s case for his release. It is alleged that Gosavi wanted to contact SRK to extort money. He with the help of D’Souza, allegedly met a hotelier, who reportedly connected him to SRK’s manager Pooja. D’souza had claimed Gosavi and others had taken Rs 50 lakh from Dadlani but returned it. However, SIT had recorded Gosavi’s statement as well.

Meanwhile, Police after receiving an application, formed an SIT and started investigating on the same.

The Narcotics Control Bureau raided a cruise that was travelling from Bombay to Goa because of a secret information that they received about drugs being an integral part of the party in the cruise. Aryan Khan was taken into custody along with a few of his friends. Mummun Dhamecha, Arbaz Merchantt and a few others were found guilty of carrying drugs. However, it was clear that Aryan Khan was not in possession of drugs.

In the last two weeks, there were many Bollywood celebrities who showed support for Aryan through social media. Hrithik Roshan, Sussane Khan, Farah Khan so on and so forth were quite vocal in their condemnation of the NCB. However, point to be noted here is neither Aryan Khan’s father and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and nor his mother Gauri Khan have made any statement or any appearance in the public.

Advocate Satish Maneshinde is representing Aryan Khan. He is the same lawyer who fought for Rhea Chakraborty against the NCB. Shah Rukh Khan was to shoot for Pathan with Deepika Padukone in Spain but for bow, if reports are to be believed, the shoot has been postponed.

Aryan’s WhatsApp chats reveal that he was a regular consumer of drugs and that his drug dealer is based out of Delhi. He used to procure LSD online. Including Aryan, the NCB has detained eight people in this drug bust, namely Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra and Arbaaz Merchant. Aryan is legally represented by lawyer Satish Maneshinde, who represented Rhea Chakraborty last year.

Aryan Khan gave a statement, where a part of it read, “Upon further interrogation, they have downloaded my WhatsApp chats. While I was abroad, they claim that my chats indicate international drug trafficking. The entire period of my stay abroad, I have not been involved in any trafficking, supply or distribution.” After hearing all arguments, the court ordered Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Khan Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha to be remanded to NCB custody till 7 October.

According to Satish, all mentioned sections are bailable and all efforts are being pushed to get him released. Yesterday multiple celebs including Salman Khan and Alvira Khan Agnihotri reached Mannat to be there in the tough times of King Khan.

Earlier today, NCB questioned Aryan in connection with the rave party that was busted last night after officials raised the Cordelia Cruises’ Empress ship off the Mumbai coast. This raided cruise ship was departing for a three-day ‘musical voyage’ with people from Bollywood, fashion and the business sectors. Sources said the raid was conducted following a tip-off that banned drugs were being used.

As per our sources, SRK is trying his level best to get his son off the arrest. Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has also reported to the NCB office in Mumbai this morning. Including Aryan, the NCB has detained eight people in this drug bust, namely Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra and Arbaaz Merchant. They were presented before the holiday court on Sunday and Aryan’s mother Gauri Khan was snapped heading to court by the paparazzi. 

Speaking about the case, NCB chief SN Pradhan has told ANI, “We are acting in an impartial manner. In the process, if some connections to Bollywood or rich people emerge, so be it. We have to act within the purview of the law. We have to keep on working in Mumbai. If you look at the data, there must have been more than 300 raids in the last one year. This will continue whether foreign nationals are involved, the film industry or rich people are involved.”

Three girls who had arrived from Delhi to join the cruise party were also detained and are being questioned. These include the daughters of some prominent businessmen. The NCB officials, led by Sameer, boarded the ship disguised as passengers on Saturday. The rave party began once the cruise left the coast of Mumbai and reached mid-sea. For the fact, Aryan Khan is Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s eldest child. The couple also have a daughter, Suhana Khan, and another son, AbRam.
