For the record, Shubh Malhotra is an acclaimed celebrity fashion and lifestyle designer, influencer, image consultant and brand mentor, a national and international pageant and fashion show director, a personality groomer, motivational speaker, a world peace leader, special educator (for the cause of autism in USA), and a filmmaker all rolled into one.

But Shubh’s accomplishments do not end there! She is also the founder-CEO of ChaiKoffee Entertainment, a director-producer of music videos and a screenplay writer for Hindi, Punjabi and Telugu films. She is the founder-CEO of Being Handloom Fashion (BHF).

BHF is a global fashion arena that has been devised and created with an aim to symbolize the Indian textile industry heritage, making handloom and khadi a fashionable movement and curating a new wave in sustainable fashion and social responsibility.

Last but not the least, Shubh Malhotra is a philanthropist and the founder of Shubh Astha Foundation. The foundation promotes women empowerment with a mission to contribute towards transforming lives and communities through upliftment of the society. It focuses on social welfare reforms and projects related to health, autism awareness, education, Go Green campaigns and skill development, in the process, assisting reliance to lead a better life.

The Centre has granted a one-year extension to Amitabh Kant, chief executive officer (CEO) of the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog) till June 2022.

“The appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved the extension in tenure of Shri Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog for a further period of the year beyond 30.06.2021 to 30.06.22 or until further orders whichever is earlier…” his extension order notification issued by the Department of Personnel and Training reads.

This is the third time that Kant’s tenure has been extended. A batch 1980 IAS officer, Kant has played an instrumental role in initiatives such as Make in India, Start-up India, and Incredible India. The Kerala Cadre ex-IAS officer has also been piloting the Union government’s ease of doing business initiative.

Before taking over as the CEO of the NITI Aayog, Kant was secretary, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), which has been rechristened as the Department for promotion and Internal Trade.
