Honey Singh’s wife, Shalini Talwar had filed a complaint against the actor which stated that he promoted domestic violence and Shalini was a victim to it. This was an expected news and to talk about it our team tried to reach out to Honey Singh, but the actor gave no response.

Now, Now Delhi court on Friday permitted the rapper’s wife to get back to their apartment to get het belongings. The court mentioned she should go there to get her belongings without getting into any “unhealthy conversation” regarding the domestic violence case that she had filed against the singer or his family.

The court demanded that the lawyers of both Singh and Talwar should be present there when Shalini goes to her Matrimonial house to get her belongings and make a list of all the things to videograph them.

The lawyer representing Shalini Talwar was Sandeep Kapoor. Advocate Kapoor demanded that Singer Honey Singh should not be granted the authority to sell or create a third part entity for the Matrimonial house, bar or even the dowry articles which Shalini had brought in when the two got married. He even instructed him to not meet Shalini Talwar.

Though the popular singer YO YO Honey Singh was nowhere seen inside the court area.

Tania Singh confessed to the Metropolitan Magistrate “I am left with no option. I gave him 10 years. I left everything. I stood by him. He has abandoned me,” to which the judge replied, “What do you want from the court now? What stage is the marriage at? Where is the love lost?”

On shaming Honey Singh for not being present in the court, the magistrate remarks, “No one is above the law. Surprised to see how this case is being taken so lightly.”

On August 03, Bollywood singer Honey Singh’s wife, Shalini Talwar, filed a case of domestic violence, sexual violence, mental harassment, and financial violence against him. Shalini has filed a plea in Delhi’s Tis Hazari court under the ‘Protection of Women’ from Domestic Violence Act. The complaint was lodged today before Ms Tania Singh, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of the Tis Hazari Court. The court has also issued a notice to Honey Singh to file his reply by August 28.

In the latest update, Shalini has sought Rs 10 crore compensation, saying she felt like a farm animal being treated cruelly. Shalini claimed that she was subjected to numerous physical, verbal, mental and emotional abuse by her husband and his family.

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Tania Singh has issued notice to Singh, directing him not to alienate or create any third party rights at their jointly owned property in Noida or dispose of his wife’s jewellery and other articles, said her lawyer.

In her plea, Shalini disclosed that “due to mental harassment and cruelty imposed upon her over a period of time, she also suffered from symptoms of depression and sought medical help.”

She further revealed that her husband, Honey Singh, frequently cheated on her with other women. He never wore his wedding ring and mercilessly beat her for online wedding pictures, said Shalini.
Besides this, she claimed that once her father-in-law walked into her room drunk while she was changing her clothes and inappropriately felt her chest.

Shalini asserted that she had all the evidence to show various acts of domestic violence that she had to go through over the years.
She has pleaded in front of the court to issue orders against him under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
She has also requested that the court order the singer to pay a rent of Rs 5 lakh every month for fully furnished accommodation in Delhi to live independently without being dependent on her widowed mother

” Case was filed against Bollywood singer & actor ‘Yo Yo Honey Singh (Hirdesh Singh) by his wife Shalini Talwar under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court has issued a notice to the singer and sought his response over it.”

According to sources, Advocate Sandeep Kapur, Apoorva Pandey and GG Kashyap, from law firm Karanjawala & Co. appeared on behalf of Honey Singh’s wife, Shalini Talwar. The court has now issued a notice to Honey Singh to file his reply by August 28. The court has also passed orders in Shalini’s favour and has issued an order against Honey Singh from disposing of his jointly won’t property.

Yo-Yo Honey Singh became everyone’s favourite by giving back to back hits like Angrezi Beat, Blue eyes, Lungi Dance etc. The singer-rapper has not released a statement about the case as of yet.
