Recently the reports that are connecting us to these stars suggest, Shilpa Shetty is planning her life ahead with her two children away from Raj Kundra. As per reports a close friend of Humgama 2 actress spoke to leading daily and said, “Raj Kundra’s troubles aren’t going away in a hurry. On the contrary, they seem to be multiplying every week. The disclosure of Raj Kundra’s alleged link with adult content came as much a shock to Shilpa as to the rest of us. She had no clue that the diamonds and duplex were coming from nefarious resources”.

Further this person added to her statement saying, “She won’t be touching a penny of Kundra’s assets, from what we know,” says the actor’s friend. Shilpa, who is judging Super Dancer 4, is independent and earns a substantial amount of money. “She earns from judging reality shows. She has let it be known in the film industry that she is looking at more film roles after Hungama 2 and the unreleased Nikamma,”

A few days ago Shilpa took to her Instagram and posted something which meant making mistakes and learning from the same is okay. This was an excerpt from a book which read, “We can’t make our lives interesting without making a few mistakes here and there. We hope that they won’t be dangerous mistakes or mistakes that hurt other people. But there will be mistakes. We can see our mistakes as things we’d like to forget or as our most interesting, challenging and stimulating experiences. Not because of the mistakes themselves but because of what we learned from them,” the excerpt read. Shilpa Shetty also dropped a sticker that read, “Made a mistake but it’s ok.”

The actress is currently back on the sets of Super Dancer Chapter 4, and there she received all the love and respect. She is also active on her social media sharing posts of herself doing yoga and pictures where she is posing.

The news now is that the app’s CEO and Country Head have moved to Dindoshi  Sessions Court Mumbai for Anticipatory Bail Application. The matter is kept for final Arguments today (21st August 2021). The Victim/ Complainant has filed an Intervention Application through her Intervenors/ Advocate Satyam Singh Rajput to oppose the Anticipatory Bail Applications filed by both the accused.

The victim was time and again sexually and mentally harassed by the CEO of ULLU App wherein he forced her to watch Adult/ erotic content along with the Editors. The CEO further forced her to act in the Erotic and pornographic content of the Ullu app and give a seductive voice in the pornographic podcast of the Lattu app. When the victim denied all such demands, being scared of the fact that she was aware of all the crucial information against both the Pornographic apps owned by CEO Vibhu Agarwal and managed by Anjali Raina.

They lured the Victim by messaging her and inviting her to the office and then made her strip and wear sample intimate wear/ under garments to be launched by ULLU Merchandise in the storeroom of the ULLU office in Mumbai, they further took her photos and video and threatened her that they will make all the photos and video viral if she speaks about the incident with anyone or releases any information regarding Pornographic apps. They further wrongfully restrained and illegally confined the victim on 18, 19, and 21st June in the name of investigation. 

Advocate Satyam Singh Rajput further stated that ULLU App has been in news for producing and releasing Adult Content and several Complaints/ cases have been filed against ULLU App along with others for the censorship of such adult/ Obscene content produced and released by OTT Platforms in Madhya Pradesh High Court and Supreme Court of India. Further, an FIR No. 02 of 2020 was registered against the Director of ULLU Platform viz. Mr. Vibhu Agarwal and Ms. Megha Agarwal and other OTT Platforms u/s 292 of IPC, 67, 67(A) Of IT Act and 3 and 4 of Indecent representations of Women(pro) Act 1986. 

Adv. Satyam Singh Rajput opposed the said application and requested the Honourable Dindoshi Sessions Court-Mumbai to demand the accused to submit CCTV footage of 18, 19, and 21 June 2021 and Mobile phones. The hearings are awaited and also the terror of more such apps getting under the radar sustains.
