Manoj was in Kerala shooting for his upcoming project. The Family Man actor rushed to Delhi after hearing this news. It is reported that Manoj’s father was critical for the last few days. The shooting for this project has been halted for now. The news was shared by filmmaker Avinash Das where he tweeted, “मनोज भैया के पिताजी नहीं रहे। उनके साथ गुज़ारे पल याद आ रहे हैं। यह तस्वीर मैंने भितिहरवा आश्रम में ली थी। बड़े धीरज वाले आदमी थे। बेटे के ऐश्वर्य की छुअन से हमेशा ख़ुद को दूर रखा। मामूली बाने में बड़े आदमी थे। नमन। श्रद्धांजलि।”

It is said that Manoj Bajpayee’s father’s funeral will be held at Nigam Bodh Ghat in Delhi. On the work front, Manoj was last seen in a ZEE5 film Dial 100 with Neena Gupta. Previously this year, his show The Family Man 2 was also released and it received a lot of appreciation from fans. To these questions Neena Gupta said, “Well, nobody would call a 60-year old woman for a casting couch incident, right (jokingly), so, I wouldn’t be in the best position to know about the state of the casting couch in the industry today. However, coming to new and upcoming actresses, I think everyone has a different journey. You have a different journey and so do I. Trying to make your way according to someone else’s journey would be a mistake. Similarly, it isn’t necessary that someone trying to follow my footsteps would encounter the same things that I did or forgot the same things that I lost. So, everybody’s journey is different, and based on their understanding, every young girl should just work hard and only focus on their work. These are two most important things. If you have them, then all the other things automatically fall into place,”

The old actress seemed thrilled and excited for her upcoming project “Dial 100” where she would be working with Manoj Bajpayee ‘The family man’ actor. She said that the movie has recently released on Zee5.

On an interview with a news portal, Neena Gupta says that she does not like playing negative characters as once, one does it, he or she is considered to be similar or related in some way.

The actress is known for her work in both art-house and commercial films. She also won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for playing a young widow in Woh Chokri. Neena Gupta will recently be seen an webseries directed by Vikas Bahl ‘Goodbye’.The film also stars “The Big B” of Bollywood that is none other than Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna and Pavail Gulati. In reference to working with “The Big B” Neena Gupta says to Times Of India, “I am very excited to be sharing the screen space with Mr. Bachchan. It is a dream come true for me and I am quite ecstatic about it.” Neena further said about Rashmika, “Rashmika is very cute! She’s a sweet girl and a good actor. On the first day itself we became friends. Also, Rashmika has a cute little pet. It’s a three months old dog called Aura. She comes to the set with her pet and we all play with it.” The actress on speaking about her upcoming project and also expressed that she accepted the character because she realized that her character is not a complete negative one.
