Dance Deewane franchise has been pivotal in discovering some of the best dancers in this country, and it is now presenting a dazzling new format of ‘Dance Deewane Juniors’. With the promise of ‘Deewangi More, Dance Hardcore’, the show aims to find children with a flaming desire to dance and give them a befitting stage. Be it the incredible dance group ‘ABCD Little Angels’ including Rithyha, Navya, Janvi, Shanaya and Myra, the energetic dancing duo of Urva and Aska also or solo performers Geet Kaur Bagga, Aditya Vinod Patil and Anshika Dhara, their spirit and passion for dance is unmatchable. For the first time ever in any kids’ dance show this format of performing and competing in solos, duets and in groups will be witnessed. Along with the judges, the show will also have ace dancers: Tushar Shetty, Pratik Utekar and Sonali Kar as mentors training and nurturing the craft of the contestants.

Rishi Kapoor died on April 30, 2020, after a two-year-long battle with cancer. His wife, actor Neetu Kapoor also shared a post, remembering Rishi and the final days they spent together. “I learnt a lot from Rishi Ji during our last few traumatic years in NYC .. how we celebrated when his blood counts were high .. we dined shopped laughed .. in his lows we just stayed home watched tv ordered in amazing food n still had some wonderful moments in hope that the next round of chemotherapy he would be better .. hope and being strong is what he taught me .. value each day .. we all miss him today !!!” she wrote.

During one conversation the host of the show Kapil Sharma, asked Ranbir’s sister Ridhima if ever her brother has sneaked her stuff without her permission and given it to his girlfriends, or would he always ask for permission from her for everything.

This made the jewelry designer laugh and she said, “Yes, I was studying in London and had returned home during the holidays. I was just sitting around one day and saw one of his female friends come home. Then I noticed that the top she was wearing was very similar to the one I had. It was then that I realised that to save his pocket money, he used to give most of my belongings.”

To this actress Neetu Kapoor said, “I have never given money to my children. But give them only as much as they need and never spoil them. I used to give them just enough.”

The actress ruled Bollywood in the late 1960s, 1970s and early 1980s. She tied her knot with late actor Rishi Kapoor in the year 1980 and later made her comeback with the film Love Aaj Kaal in the year 2009. Neetu Kapoor is also recipient of several awards that includes Zee Cine Award, the action film Besharam (2013).

Today, on the evening of the legendary actress’s birthday all the Kapoors and friends gathered in her house for a special cosy birthday dinner.

Riddhima Kapoor also shared a picture in her instagram handle from Neetu Kapoor’s birthday bash with all the girls present there and she captioned the picture “My Fav Girls”.

1. Rafoo Chakkar (1975)

This movie was shot nearly at the same time when Neetu and Rishi started dating each other. A Narendra Bedi directed comedy, was adapted from the Hollywood Hit “Some like it Hot”. The movie definitely won the hearts of the audience and so did Neetu-Rishi duo.

2. Khel Khel Mein (1975)

Ravi Tandon’s romantic-comedy “Khel Khel Mein” turned out to be one of the most appreciated movies in Neetu and Rishi’s career. Especially the songs “Ek Main Aur Ek Tu” and “Khullam Khulla Pyaar Karenge” from the movie gained huge popularity and is still loved by fans today.

3. Kabhie Kabhie (1976)

Yash Chopra’s multi starrer, “Kabhie Kabhie” were one of the major hits of the time. The cast included Amitabh Bachchan, Rakhee Gulzar, Simi Garewal and many others but audience especially loved the performance of the duo.

4. Amar Akbar Anthony (1977)

One of the blockbusters of the decade, Manmonhan Desai’s “Amar Akbar Anthony” had a multi star cast including Neetu-Rishi in the main characters. The movie is still loved today.

5. Do Dooni Char (2010)

Habib Faisal’s “Do Dooni Char” was a comedy starring Neetu and Rishi in the main characters. The audience rejoiced after watching the duo return to screen together after a long time.

Neetu Kapoor commenced her career as a lead actress in the film Rikshawala, directed by her husband Late Rishi Kapoor’s brother Randhir Kapoor. The film was released in 1973. Despite the mediocre box office results, Neetu Kapoor’s performance won her high praise from the audience. In the following years, she appeared in many illustrious films such as Deewar, Kabhi Kabhie, Adalat, Amar Akbar Anthony, Dharam Veer, Jani Dushman, and Kala Patthar.

Neither Neetu Kapoor’s professional nor personal life remained hidden from the public. Unlike most other love stories, Rishi Kapoor’s and Neetu’s love tale has been quite different. In 1974, Rishi Kapoor starred in the film ‘Zehreela Insaan’ with Neetu Singh. At that time Neetu was only 14 years old. It was Rishi who teased Neetu a lot while on the sets, which made Neetu Singh irritated. However, slowly, this quarrel between the two turned into love them.

Every relationship has its ups and downs, and so it was in Neetu and Rishi Kapoor’s relationship. Once, this Bollywood couple broke up. It happened during the filming of ‘Jhootha Kahin Ka’ in 1979. There was a breakup between Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor during that time. Neetu Kapoor appeared to be in a bad state of mind and was crying because these two weren’t even talking to one another.

This incident was confirmed by Late Rishi Kapoor himself in one of the interviews. The love story of Neetu Kapoor and Late Rishi Kapoor has a special place in our hearts. Their sweet quarrel always made us smile. Moreover, Rishi Kapoor used to write Telegram to Neetu Kapoor in those days.
