Akshay’s mother was suffering from a prolonged illness and her health condition was said to be deteriorating with time.

Akshay Kumar took to his social media and wrote, “She was my core. And today, I feel an unbearable pain at the every core of my existence. My maa Smt Aruna Bhatia peacefully left this world today morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world. I respect your prayers as I and my family go through this period. Om Shanti.”

Hearing the news celebrities are pouring strength to Akshay Kumar.

Salman Khan took to his Twitter and shared a message of condolence to Akshay Kumar who misplaced his mom Aruna Bhatia this morning.

Salman expressed his deepest condolence to the ‘Khiladi’ star as he mourned Akshay Kumar’s loss. He wrote, ‘Dear Akki, very sad to hear of the passing of your mother. May she rest in peace. My deepest condolences to you and your entire family .. @akshaykumar’

Many Bollywood Stars like Ajay Devgn, Nimrat Kaur, Vikas Bahl, Jacqueline Fernandez, Neil Nitin Mukesh, and others took to their respective social media handles to mourn the lack of the actor’s mom and share their condolences with the actor and his household.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman will be seen in Mahesh Manjrekar’s ‘Antim’. The Final Truth’ with Aayush Sharma in the lead position. My maa Smt Aruna Bhatia peacefully left this world today morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world. I respect your prayers as I and my family go through this period. Om Shanti.”

Akshay Kumar’s mother Aruna Bhatia was unwell for past many days and reportedly she was admitted to ICU at Mumbai’s Hiranandini hospital .

On Tuesday (September 7), Actor asked his fans to pray for her. “I am moved beyond words in your concern for my mother’s health. This is a very difficult hour for me and my family. Each of your prayers will help a lot,” he wrote.

The actor was shooting for his film Cinderella in the UK for the past couple of weeks. While Akshay has flown back to India to be with his mother, he has asked the producers to carry on shooting with scenes that do not require his presence.

Meanwhile, it seems that 2021 is jam packed for the action-comedy actor. The superstar has nine confirmed projects — eight films and one web series — in different stages of production. These are Bell Bottom, Sooryavanshi, Atrangi Re, Prithviraj, Bachchan Pandey, Rakshabandhan, Ram Setum, OMG – Oh My God 2 and the web series The End.

Raj Kaushal’s friend and colleague, Filmmaker Onir, confirmed the news on social media with a tweet.

Onir wrote, “Gone too soon. We lost Film maker and Producer @rajkaushal1 this morning. Very Sad. He was one of the producers of my first film #MyBrotherNikhil. One of those few who believed in our vision and supported us. Prayers for his soul”

Raj Kaushal had directed films such as Pyar  mein kabhi kabhi , Anthony Kaun hain and Shaddi ka Laddo . Kaushal also made nearly 800 commercials.

Kaushal’s last directorial was the 2006 thriller, “Anthony Kaun Hai?”, starring Arshad Warsi and Sanjay Dutt.
