One of Shukla’s fans has slipped into a partial coma after hearing the news of his untimely death aged just 40. Sidharth was best known for his stints in ‘Balika Vadhu’ and ‘Bigg Boss’. Multiple personalities including Varun Dhawan showed up at his funeral depicting how loved he was in his industry as well. Fans are still tweeting support and concern for each other as well as for Shehnaaz Gill who seemed the most affected after his own family. Sidharth Shukla’s demise was the 2nd biggest death controversy after Sushant Singh Rajput’s. During the funeral of the late actor, thousands of paparazzies were present there to just click one last picture of him or to speak to him family. Zakir wrote another heartbreaking poem for this which read, “They don’t think of you as a human being. Not because there aren’t any lines or boundaries. Your corpse is not a body without soul, but an opportunity to click pictures. As many as they can click. It’s similar to how people try to steal crockery from houses burning in a riot. Because after that, what use will you be? At most, 10 pictures, five news pieces, three videos, two stories, one post. That’s it.” these words were true after what we saw at the funeral reports and had touched the heart of everyone who ready it.

He continued, “That’s why your death will only be show for them. Your crying mother is a show, your father, broken by the pain, is a show, your depressed sister, your brother who has lost all hope, anyone who loves you, is a show. It would have been another thing had you been alive. After you, your crying loved ones will only quench their thirst. I’m just saying that this is the life you and I have chosen. Maybe you will regret it a little less if you knew this while you were alive. That’s why you should stay happy with your friends, love your people. Learn new things, make new relationships. Just don’t live for them. Whatever time you have left, live for yourself. Because for them, you aren’t even human.”

Actress Anushka Sharma reposted the words of Zakir Khan on how the death of this celebrity has turned into a ‘tamasha’ or a ‘show’. Earlier she had posted, “Rest in peace Sidharth Shukla. My heartfelt deepest condolences to his family and friends.”

Not just this actress, but music director Vishal Dadlani too reacted to this post because everyone felt the ache in their chest after what happen at the funeral.

Gauhar Khan took to her social media and wrote,  “This is shameful! The media houses all alike should be ashamed of this kind of coverage! Hang your heads if this is what you do to someone who has lost a loved one! Be ashamed, very ashamed. All media houses, you are only about sensationalizing even tragedy.”

With this loss the most affected people are his mother Rita Shukla and rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill. Report in BollywoodLife suggests that Shehnaaz and Sidharth were engaged and planning to tie the knot by the end of this year in December. The two families were preparing for the film in full joy. The reports read, “They had informed their families who were deep into preparations. Not just this, they were also in talks with a plush Mumbai hotel to book rooms, banquet and other services for the wedding festivities which were planned for a period of three days. The two actors, their friends, and families had kept this a closely guarded secret.”

In an interview with ETimes, Abu Malik the former participant of bigg boss said, “Shehnaaz told me this on March 22, 2020 – I think that this was just a day before the first lockdown.” The music composer had stayed with Shehnaz and Sidharth under the same roof in bigg boss and knew them really well, he also added, “Sidharth used to love her a lot. He would say that agar ek din woh naaraz ho jaati thi, toh uska din kharaab ho jaata tha.”
These reports clearly state why Shehnaz participated in the last rites of this late actor.

Shehbaz has been a constant support after Sidharth’s tragic demise. He has not left his sister or Sidharth’s family alone and was constantly seen supporting them during the cremation of the late actor. He flew directly to Mumbai as soon as he came to know about the actor’s sudden  death and he did this for his sister and Sidharth’s family.  Shehbaz along with Shehnaaz’s parents stood there as shoulder to them.

Jasleen Mathur ex- bigg boss contestant spoke about Shehnaaz and Shehbaz’s gesture in this sensitive situation, said, “She was just sitting at a place, blank, nothing to say, lost in her world. I went up to her, tried talking but all she asked me to do was to sit next to her. I saw how disturbed she was and asked her to sleep. Exhausted, she fell off to sleep. I met her brother, Shehbaaz who is thankfully there for and with her in this grim hour. He will take good care of Shehnaaz, I am sure.”

On 1 April 2016, Pratyusha was found hanging back and according to her post-mortem report, the cause of death was declared asphyxia. However, her parents allege she was murdered by her boyfriend and passed off as suicide. And as said in the media multiple times, she was their only hope and that, her passing off has made their life miserable.

After Sidharth’s death on Thursday, Pratyusha’s father Shankar Banerjee has revealed that during the Covid-19 lockdown, Sidharth had ‘forcibly sent ₹20,000’ to him and his wife, and had also enquired about their well-being. In a new interview, Pratyusha Banerjee’s father said that Sidharth Shukla had been in touch with them after Pratyusha’s death in 2016. Shankar added that Sidharth would often ask him over WhatsApp messages if he could help them.

“I can’t understand how this happened. I considered him to be my son. During Balika Vadhu, Sidharth and Pratyusha had become close friends. He used to come home as well. After Pratyusha’s death, many people talked about the relationship between Sidharth and my daughter, because of which Sidharth had stopped coming home. He often asked me in messages on WhatsApp,” India Today quoted Shankar as saying in an interview with AajTak.

Shankar also said, “During this lockdown, he used to constantly message me. I got his last message a couple of months ago. He used to ask in the message ‘Uncle, aunty do you need help?’, ‘Are you guys fine?’, ‘Can I help in any way?’ He had forcibly sent ₹20,000.”

It is reported that her husband wasn’t allowed to enter by the policemen because they weren’t told so by the funeral managers. Sambhavna in return started pulling and shouting, creating a whole ruckus while the funeral was underway. Netizens weren’t happy with the same and expected Sambhavna to show some maturity. It is now reported that Sana requested Sid’s family to do a special puja in his remembrance. If a picture is to be believed, Sana was allowed and she was seen doing the same sitting along with Sid’s sister, Shehbaaz and Vikas Gupta. It seems the actor’s funeral happened with the Brahmakumaris ritual. He was a follower of their teachings. Whereas it is not known whether this pooja was done by the Brahmakumaris or not.

Sidharth’s funeral was attended by Rashami Desai, Aly Goni, Asim Riaz, Rakhi Sawant, Divyanka Tripathi, Niki Tamboli, Jaan Kumar Sanu, Abhinav Shukla, Sambhavna Seth, Arti Singh, Shefali Jariwala, Paras Chhabra, Mahira Sharma, and many more from the entertainment world. His postmortem report apparently didn’t give any new angle to his story and the remains were moved out of the Cooper hospital today morning around 11 am.

After the actor’s demise many visited his residence to pay respect to him and condolences to the family. Amongst the friends of late actor was Rahul Mahajan who was really close to him in the Bigg Boss house and looked upon him and aspired to become like him one day. When asked about Gill, he said that actress Shehnaaz Gill, close friend and rumoured girlfriend of Sidharth, has completely turned pale. Shehnaaz Gill has gone pale like a storm had passed away and washed away everything said the late actors friend. He further added that Sidharth’s mother Rita Shukla was strong but had tears in her eyes. Rita Shukla said, “Death was obvious but it shouldn’t have happened so soon.”

After the actor’s demise his close friend and gym trainer Sonu Chourasia, has opened up about Sidharth’s fitness regime. Sonu has refused to all the news of Shukla overexerting himself and stated that fitness was his way of life, he also said that Sidharth was against crash diet and rather followed a very healthy lifestyle.

While talking to Times of India, Sonu said, “Overexertion happens to only those who are irregular in their fitness training, for Sidharth it was his way of life and was totally involved in it. Unlike those who often followed trends when it comes to diet he was against any kind of crash diet and loved home-cooked food especially prepared by his mother.”
All these clearly stated that Sidharth was really fond of eating simple homemade food and his workout sessions acquired weight training in the morning and cardio in the evening.

Sonu mentioned that he met Sidharth on the 24th of August before leaving for Bhopal. He said, Sidharth had an ankle injury and so he was taking medicines for that. “This was about two months ago and he took a break of 15 days as the doctors told him not to exert his feet. And that time he did tell me that his stomach had begun bloating because of the steroids and had to do something about it,” said the trainer.

On 2nd of September after an inconvenient feeling in the body and a slight ache somewhere near chest, Shukla fell asleep, little, did he know he would never wake up after that sleep?

Loved ones, mother, sister and close friends are greatly affected by the sudden demise . Actor who was expected to set the television screens on fire with his guest appearances and shows. Right now Sidharth and Shehnaz together were at the peak of their career and there were rumours of the two dating each other after Bigg Boss 13.

The nation is currently thinking about Shehnaz, together the two were called SidNaz. The two were seen together most of the times and called each other close friend and a family. Shehnaaz made sure she stood by Sidharth when he breathed his last. Since yesterday she had been untraceable and her father quoted, “She is not fine.” The actress was seen on the last journey with the late actor, as his body was taken to the crematorium. The actress was visibly inconsolable as she was spotted leaving the crematorium after the last rites with her brother Shahbaaz. Brother stood by his sister since yesterday because Shehnaaz has turned pale and just can’t stop crying.

Shehnaaz had sprinted to the hospital with Sidharth Shukla and mother Rita Shukla on 2nd September in the morning when the actor had suffered from heart attack and succumbed to it. Little did she know that Sidharth Shukla was no more, or the two ladies were expecting him to be alive.
