However, instead of being affected by it, TV actress Mouni Roy is all set to get married.

Yes, you read that right. Mouni Roy who made her first appearance in Ekta Kapoor “Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” is now set to tie the knot and according to Hindustan Times, her wedding will take place on 27th January 2022.

According to the report, Mouni Roy’s husband Dinesh Nambiar is Dubai based and yet the actress won’t be getting married there. Her spot is Goa. Well, the report quotes a source as saying, ““A five-star resort has been booked as the venue. Although invites have started going out, the guests have been asked to be tight-lipped about it. All the guests have been asked to carry their vaccination certificates.”

The venue for the afternoon wedding will be W Goa near the Vagator Beach thus making it a sea-facing beach wedding.

The couple are also throwing a dance bash post her wedding and the report states that the Naagin actress’s close friends Pratik Utekar and Rahul Shetty are already rehearsing for their performances.

Producers Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, designer Manish Malhotra and TV actress Aashka Goradia have been invited to the wedding.

Apparently, Mouni has been dating Suraj since 2019 and got closer to him during her extended stay in Dubai in 2020.

These details were shared by Mouni’s cousin Vidyut Roysarkar to a local media outlet. On the professional front, Mouni was last seen in Jubin Nautiyal’s music video, ‘Dil Galti Kar Baitha Hai’ and is awaiting the theatrical release of her film ‘Brahmastra’ that will see her share screen space with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Dimple Kapadia. Mouni’s upcoming music video stars Aly Goni besides her and is named ‘Jodaa’. Sung by Afsana Khan, it will soon release on the ‘Vyrl Originals’ youtube channel.
