Vijay Sethupathi unveiled the trailer of Tughlaq Durbar on August 31, and will be premiere on Sun TV on Sep 10. The trailer was released on Netflix which showed Sethupathi as a politician’s side kick.
The film was directed by Delhi Prasad Deenadayalan and starred political satire stars Raashi Khanna and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles. After Vignesh Shivan’s hit comedy Naanum Rowdy Dhaan. This is the second time that the duo will be seen opposite each other in this project.

According to the trailer the film will have a mix taste of comedy along with politics where Sethupathi will be seen first time standing with a broomstick in his hand.
Reportedly, Aditi Rao was initially chose to play the lead role in the film but later Raashi Khanna was taken over.
The film contains four songs, which are Arasiyal Kedi, Dravida Kone, Kaami Kaami and Annathe Sethi were a part of the album that was released. Tughlaq Durbar is produced by Lalit Kumar under his home banner, Seven Screen Studio.
