Raj Kundra, husband of Shilpa Shetty was defamed because he started the Adult and Pornographic film racket and wanted to make it as big as the Bollywood. Yash Thakur who is another accuse who was charged of distributing these pornographic films made by Raj Kundra. Yash Thakur aka Arvind Shrivastava was having two names and he compared it to be as common as for actors like Akshay Kumar.
Yash denied the allegations of distributing the content produced by Raj’s company. In the interview with Etimes, Yash notibly said, “I have clarified through my lawyer that Nuefliks is a US based company and I was hired as a consultant. I have never spoken to Raj Kundra or any of his associates.” But we have seen many chats between Yash Thakur and Umesh Kamant where they spoke on Gehena Vahisht’s arrest. Here the two were speaking of a huge amount of money which was 8 lakhs needed to release the arrested girl. Some of the pictures were shared too.
Yash even said that he had never entered any transactions with Kundra, especially in the Adult film racket.
